Speaker Bio:

Sharna is an internationally recognized specialist of Argentine Tango. Throughout her dance career, she advocated for the study of both leading and following roles independent of gender, and her understanding of complementary leadership and followership in social dance now inform her original training programs for professionals and business teams. As a coach, she helps clients strengthen their EQ and relational skills in order to live and work with others in ways that encourage creativity, equality and inclusion. Sharna has an MFA in Dance and lives in Los Angeles.
